The boy let out a heavy sight, facing his aegislash. The floating ghost was just kept starring. Silent.[break]
"I'm overthinking this, aren't I? Heck," he laughed resuming to walk along the coast, "we don't really need to even get a badge or something. Just have proof that we tried."[break] Cogimo suddenly stopped once he understood that something that seemed like a rock at the beginning, turned out to be a closed clamperl. The boy's eyes widened in wonder before he looked around to see if anyone else was here. As previously mentioned, the beach was barren at 4 am, him, Markiz, and the clamperl being the only living beings alive. There was a moment when he considered throwing a pokeball at it, but...He had enough with Boink as an unmoveable, living object.[break] As they moved forward, Cogimo started to wonder, "You know what, Markiz? We could walk and look around a bit more. Maybe we will get something out of this walk besides the fresh sea air." The pokemon just diligently floated next to him.

Pass

Seeing a clamperl was expected on the beachside. What was more of a surprise, the cleffa he found a moment later. Not like it was completely unexpected, pokemon could be found in the strangest of places, but he didn't know that cleffas were nocturnal. This actually made him think about exactly how much he didn't know yet, even being in his second year. Maybe this trainer thing won't be that bad.[break]
No matter, the pokemon was there, didn't seem afraid, and was quite adorable. Cottonee level of adorable, though, Cogimo would never say that out loud. Before he got a chance to catch it, though, the pink thing noticed either the boy or his aegislash, made a terrified squeaking noise, and dashed away as quickly, as it's tiny legs allowed. "Well...That was disappointing."[break]
Pass

Their last encounter of the night/morning, though, wasn't noticed by Cogimo but by Markiz. The drizzile was lurking in the shadows, on purpose trying to avoid the human and its two-meter tall companion. It has been stalking both of them for a while now, careful not to draw attention. And while the pokemon had no desire to get capture by the human, he was also concerned that, if he turns his back, they will ambush him. Because of that, the pokemon decided to ambush Cogimo first.[break]
What he didn't notice was the sword pokemon turning into a shadow, before landing a hard hit on the lizard creature. While not killed, it didn't manage to react and soon passed out. The youngest Shimaru was just surprised where did his pokemon go. Once Markiz returned, both finally decided it was time to go back home.
